We are looking for group executive chef

For Absheron Hotel Group. 


The right candidate will continuously improve culinary program, develop team and job structures in the Culinary Departments of the Group. He will ensure clear leadership accountabilities are in place, work with Culinary teams to develop and implement Group strategies and goals, make and execute the necessary decisions to keep the team moving forward towards achievements and goals. He will develop and implement new plans and programs, work closely with culinary teams in the Group to provide ongoing technical training, quality assurance and brand compliance. He will monitor overall performance of culinary operations and provide action planning as needed. The right candidate needs a Culinary degree from accredited culinary school or graduated from Culinary Apprenticeship system or a Technical Culinary School. Position requires minimum 7 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in progressively challenging positions.
